RECOGNIZED PRIOR LEARNING EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING (RPEL)

RPEL provides an opportunity for working adults to convert their work experience (at least 2 years in any field) to recognized skill certificates and diplomas, awarded by the JPK, Ministry of Human Resource.  RPEL involves a process of:

- Identification,

- Documentation, and

- Assessment

of the individual prior experiential learning. We will help you build your portfolio of evidence and assist you to get your experience accredited per your specific area of expertise. Your experience will be benchmarked against the Malaysia NOSS (National Occupational Skills Standard).

If there is any gap between your experience and NOSS, you may need to attend training to address the deficiency.
